vs Breakaway Xerox (Bomanville)

At this point of the tournament, it can be referred to as "The Start of Destruction!" This was supposed to be the match up of the team that let us know they were going to teach us a lesson. Unfortunately they didn't make it to this championship round. For us, it didn't matter. We just wanted the top competition.

This game started under a light rain, but that didn't put out our fire. We started the game with a 10-run 1st inning, the next couple of innings were tight and everytime we faced trouble it seemed a little visit to the mound settled us in. Just when our opponents declared "we blew our load", we put up another 6 in the 6th.

Again, all this done using the Worth PST 137, not the PST 127. After the 6th, this game was called on Mercy and we were advancing to the Semi-Finals.

Some key highlights in this game....Rob's diving plays at 3rd, Mazzulla hitting two solo-shots, and Gaggi's pinch-hit grand slam.

Final score: 17-3
